It is a five-storey house with an attic that will be restored in all its parts. Nell'autunno del 2014, abbiamo fatto la ristrutturazione della facciata e la ricostruzione del tetto sul palazzo barocco nella cittá di Luštěnice, situato a 10 km a sud di Mladá Boleslav. Si tratta di un palazzo a due piani con le ali laterali, a forma di “U”. Nella parte posteriore possiede una piccola corte.
