Complete reconstruction of an apartment building at Mělnická Street No. 8, Prague 5- Smíchov

This project involves the complete reconstruction of an apartment building on Mělnická Street in Smíchov, Prague. The reconstruction has been ongoing since January 2020.

Here we carry out earthworks, demolition work, renovation and implementation of vertical and horizontal structures, complete reconstruction of the roof, treatment of all surfaces, renovation of the facade, windows, doors, laying of wooden and cast floors, implementation of new lines and distributions including other supplies such as a new elevator, insulation and furnishings. The effort was also made to preserve the original atmosphere of the building.
