About the project

Herink Gardens are ideal housing for those who want to live near Prague with good transport accessibility and at the same time live in greenery in the center of a small town that offers all civic amenities.

In this area, we offer a total of 22 terraced family houses in the first phase for those who prefer independent living. In the second phase, we will also offer residential and non-residential units in two apartment buildings.

Localities

The town of Herink is located only 5 km from the southeastern border of Prague, only 4 km from Průhonice and 6 km from Říčany. Herink currently has 550 inhabitants and enjoys great interest from people who want to buy housing here. That is why there is also a great expansion of new services and infrastructure and leisure activities. Herink is home to the Municipal Office, a children's playground and three civic associations. Local football matches, cultural events such as concerts, neighborhood gatherings, Advent meetings, etc. are organized in the village.

Bus lines connect the village primarily with Průhonice and Čestlice and further to Prague Opatov. The village is striving not only to strengthen these lines, but also to expand connections towards Jesenice and Říčany.

The village has a developed and approved spatial development plan. The municipal office was built in 1998. In 2000, gas and water supply were installed (Želivka). In 2007, the construction of the sewage system and WWTP was completed, and the village is now striving to expand it.

For walks, you can go to "Višňovka" to the chapel or to the "Okrouhlík" forest, another route is possible to the pond "Na Obci" along the road towards Radějovice to the forest in "Krsovice" (or to Osnice). A new route can also be the road for farmers opened at the end of 2014 and leading from Kaplička nad poli back to the pond.

You can take a nice walk to the "Průhonický park" (about half an hour walk). The "Prague - Vienna" cycle route also passes through the village.

What does the sales price not include?

The price of the standard equipment of the house does not include a kitchen unit, installation for security cameras, rainwater storage tanks, heat recovery unit, air conditioning, or heat pump.

When will we start a new project?

The project is ready for presentation and we will start construction in April 2019. After the start of construction, we will start selling individual houses, but you can reserve any of the houses today. We will also soon launch a new information website, where we will inform you in detail about the status of the project and the possibilities that the Zahrady Herink development project offers.
