Large-scale renovation of a historic apartment building in Vinohrady has been completed!

Our company has carried out a large-scale renovation of a historic apartment building at street Polská 9, in Prague 2.

The aim of the project was to completely modernize the building while preserving its original architectural character.

The renovation included the renovation of the internal electrical system, a new heating system, replacement of windows, restoration of the facade and renovation of common areas. In addition,

Furthermore, the reconstruction of the apartment units and common areas from the 1st to the 5th floor was carried out.

The work was carried out with due regard to the surrounding environment and the historical value of the building.
