Our company is carrying out a large-scale renovation of a historic apartment building at Polská 9.
The aim of the project is to completely modernize the building while preserving its original architectural character.
The renovation includes the renovation of the internal electrical system, a new heating system, replacement of windows, restoration of the facade and renovation of common areas. In addition, the renovation of the residential units and common areas from the 1st to the 5th floor will be carried out. The work takes into account the surrounding environment and the historical value of the house.
