Our next project is an apartment building and extension intended for complete reconstruction located in the city district of Prague 2 - Vinohrady, on Londýnská Street.

It is a six-story house with an extension in the courtyard from the second half of the 19th century.

After the construction work is completed, the building will be used for housing and commercial purposes, such as three office spaces, including 11 parking spaces in the basement of the courtyard.

The house will undergo a complete renovation, from the roof to the facade, the construction of an elevator and 16 apartment units in a modern design while preserving the authentic elements of the house. In addition, a new building will be built in the courtyard for sports or commercial use.
