Object: Spálená 5, Prague 1, Multifunctional building.
The building is located in Spálená Street in the center of Prague, between Národní třída and Karlovy náměstí, just a few dozen meters from tram stops and the metro station on line B. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are a large number of shops, services, restaurants, cafes, clubs, as well as the recently revitalized park on Karlovy náměstí. All this allows for a high standard with excellent infrastructure and all comforts within reach for both luxury living and commercial use.

The existing administrative building will be completely rebuilt in a modern design, but with due regard to its natural integration into the surrounding development. It will become a multifunctional building with a total area of 4,479 m². The premises located on Spálená Street will serve primarily as offices, with atypical studios for versatile use also planned.
The ground floor will be used for commercial spaces with impressive glass windows. The upper floors of the building will be used for the construction of luxury apartments combining modern design with the preservation of original decorative elements, such as double doors, ornate railings, terrazzo tiles, etc. The penthouses on the top floors of the building will offer their new owners a unique view of Prague Castle.
Underground garages will provide 33 parking spaces, and a garden with benches, a fountain and art objects will be created in the courtyard.
