We have successfully completed the complete reconstruction of an apartment building and its courtyard located in the city district of Prague 2 - Vinohrady, on Londýnská Street!
It is a six-story house with an extension in the courtyard from the second half of the 19th century.
The building will once again be used for housing and commercial purposes such as office or retail space, including 11 parking spaces in the basement of the courtyard.
The house underwent a complete renovation, from the renewed roof to the facade, the construction of an elevator and the reconstruction of 16 apartment units while preserving the original elements of the historic house.
Furthermore, a new building was built in the courtyard for commercial use.
