Reconstruction of the apartment building at Čermákova 1, Prague 2, completed

These days we are completing another of our projects: the reconstruction of an apartment building at Čermákova 1/1126 in Vinohrady.

The project included renovations from the 1st to the 4th floor of the apartment building, construction of a new elevator, common areas and facade renovation. We focused on preserving the authentic appearance of the house, from the implementation of historical replicas of windows to decorative elements and decorative floor tiles. The building is intended for residential and commercial use.
