Currently we work to complete the refurbishment of the future multifunctional building in the center of Prague, street Spálená n◦. 5, near the new shopping center Quadrio.
From the original administration building we will create for our client multi-functional building with a total area of 4.480m2, such as offices, atypical, studios, business premises, garages and luxury apartments including penthouses with spectacular views of the city of Prague.
The restored original elements are associated with modern design using superior materials and technologies.
