The Refurbishment of Spálená N° 5 Building, Prague 1

Building Specification: the multifunctional building Spálená N° 5, Prague 1.

The building is situated in Spálená street in Prague city centre, right in between Charles Square and Národní třída, in 100 meters walking distance from the tram stops and B line subway stations. There are many shops, restaurant, cafés, clubs and other services available in the closest neighbourhood, the newly revitalized Charles Square Park included. This offers a high standard and a full range of convenience for both luxury living and commercial use.

The existing commercial building is to be fully refurbished in modern design, but with regard to the surrounding area’s urban structure. It will be transformed into multifunctional building of 4 479 square meters of floor space. The areas situated forward to Spálená street will become offices and atypical multi-purpose ateliers as well.

The ground floor is designed for shopping area with impressive, spacious shop windows.The upper floors spaces will be refurbished into luxury appartments uniting modern design and traditional elements, such as double wing doors, decorated railings, terrazzo floors etc. The owners of upper floors penthouses will enjoy unique panoramic views of the city centre and the Prague Castle.

The underground garage will have 33 parking lots. The courtyard will be transformed into relaxation area with a fountain, benches and art decorations.

Some parts of the building are about to be finished soon.
