We have progressed in the reconstruction our project – the refurbishment of the apartment house with extention situated in Prague 2 – Vinohrady, Londýnská N° 32. This is a 6-storey apartment house with courtyard extention from the second half of the 19 century.
After refurbishment the building is to be used for apartments and comercial purposes, f.e. 3 office units including 11 underground parking lots in the courtyard area.
The house reconstruction will include the roof restoration, interior and exterior refurbishment and the elevator construction. It´s final aim is to create 16 modern design apartments while maintaining the original features of the house. It will also be constructed a new building in the yard for the sport or comercial use.
