What does the sale price exclude?
The standard house equipment does not include a kitchen unit, installation for security cameras, accumulation rainwater storage tanks, heat recovery unit, air conditioning, and heat pump.

When we are starting the new project?
The project is ready for presentation and we will start construction in April 2019. We start selling houses when construction begins but you can book any of our houses today. Soon we will also launch a new information website where we will keep you informed about the state of the project in detail and inform you about the possibilities of the Herink Gardens developer project.
