We are currently completing another of our projects: the reconstruction of the apartment building N° 1/1126 on Čermákova street in Vinohrady district. The project included refurbishment of the apartment house from the basement up to the 4th floor, the construction of a new lift, the renewal of the common areas and the reconstruction of the facade.
We have focused on preserving the authentic look of the house, from making historical replicas of windows through decoration elements to decorative floor tiles.
The building is designed for residential and commercial use.
