This project involves the complete reconstruction of an apartment building in Mělnická Street in Smíchov, Prague. The reconstruction has been going on since January 2020 - until now.
Here we perform earthworks, demolition work, renovation and implementation of vertical and horizontal structures, complete roof reconstruction, modification of all surfaces, renovation of facades, windows, doors, laying wooden and cast floors, new lines and wiring, including other supplies such as new elevator, insulation and fixtures. The effort was also to preserve the original atmosphere of the building.
