Building work was completed.
The completed refurbishment work of Spálená N° 5 Building, Prague 1 has been approved by competent municipal authorities in February 2017 and it was officialy handed over recently.
The Spálená N° 5 Building Project has received 3 significant awards in the real estate competition and it also ranked in the 6th place of 10 TOP Czech Republic Real Estate Competition.
